I don’t have enough positive words to describe my experience with Browning. Initially, I was a little concerned that they would be “judgy” or maybe a little too conservative for me based on their faith-based company. I approached them with a little bit of caution but I liked they wouldn’t stop helping me until I stopped searching and I needed more than some marketing materials. I needed to learn how to effectively market myself, and how to convey my value. This team to a person was remarkable. I was absolutely wrong that they would judge me, rather they embraced me and gave me confidence in myself and in my journey. The talent they brought to bear was consistently outstanding with experts who were focused on specific steps from, resume writing, linked-in, interview skills, etc. Additionally, my coach ******* is a rockstar! She is extremely knowledgeable, smart and an excellent problem-solver. While she is an incredible mentor more importantly she is an incredible person and I am happy she is also now my friend. My only regret with working with Browning is I should have engaged them earlier in my job search. I wasted a lot of time with hiring a resume writer and searching on my own.
